We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional (10–15 years) with strong expertise in:🔹 Corporate & commercial law
🔹 Construction contracts.
🔹 Drafting & reviewing agreements
🔹 Regulatory compliance & policy development
🔹 Coordination with external counsel for Litigation & dispute management
*Key Responsibilities: *
✔️ Manage and oversee all legal cases across the Group
✔️ Lead corporate matters incl. CR amendments, new entity setups, and documentation
✔️ Review major works contracts and support negotiations
✔️ Prepare and vet commercial, corporate & project agreements
✔️ Monitor legal updates in Bahrain & international jurisdictions
✔️ Identify legal risks and advise management
✔️ Ensure proper legal documentation & internal compliance*Requirements: *
🎓 *LL.B. / Degree in Law - Mandatory*
💼 10–15 years of relevant experience
📝 Excellent drafting, communication & analytical skills
⚖️ Strong knowledge of Bahrain Law & contract standards
💻 Proficiency in MS Office
