Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management | Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
Performs engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments | Responsibilities are within the Engineering Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Main Duties:

Promote and maintain a safety culture in Engineering and Industrialization activities, on top of legal requirements (CE directive)
Project Management for new tools/equipment engineering and industrialization activities (specifications, supplier selection -with purchasing-, design review, purchase order, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test)
Provide investments and technical data for quotations, new product negotiations, agreements and initiatives
Modifying tool/equipment for product changes (including product robustness plan) or Revamping/Optimization
Management of technology transfer
Support cost saving, OE, quality and efficiency improvement initiatives
Be part of Global Engineering and Industrialization network
cooperate to the development and deployment of the Regional Industrial Strategy (Quadro)

EHS Roles & Responsibilities:

Take reasonable care of personal and team health and safety.
Ensure all personnel are aware of potential hazards in the workplace.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and use formal inspections as a tool for safety success.
Ensure correct use, condition, and availability of PPE.
Highlight procedural safety issues to management and actively participate in safety plan development.

Assist in developing and implementing environmental objectives and goals.
Monitor and report environmental incidents and compliance issues to management.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the facility adheres to environmental standards.
Actively support environmental management systems and control processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Mechanical or technical area of expertise).
At least 5 years' working experience in packaging systems. Ideally with focus on the beverage industry.
Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization, as well as externally.
Demonstrated leadership skills in scoping, driving, and managing projects using systematic methodologies and processes.
Demonstrated oral and written/technical document creation and presentation skills.
Experience in injection molding, automation, robotics, and/or inspection equipment and processes for the manufacturing of consumer-packaged goods products.
Ability to travel internationally.
