- To maintain executive diary for their in-house meetings, external meetings & travel schedules
- Boarding lodging arrangements including visa processing, ticketing and proper travel plans
- To follow proper protocol for the visitors, clients, vendors and the directors
- To support and assist Directors for secretarial, administrative tasks and business correspondence
- Correspondence with in the ministries, vendors and clients
- Draft letters, memos, reports, minutes of meetings, meeting agendas and presentations
- Maintain high level of confidentiality on sensitive matters and of confidential documents
- To process all expense claims, receipt vouchers and deposit slips (if required)
- Proper documentation and filing of all correspondence in e-filing and hard copies
- Organizing and arranging Directors all kind of events
- Meeting and greeting visitors in all levels of seniority
- Organizing Dairies and Making appointments
